On behalf of the World Bank, responsible for undertaking regular assessments of actual and projected financial performance of Vietnam's national electricity utility (EVN), which has annual revenue of almost $4 billion.

National Power Transmission Corporation (NPTC) - Vietnam
Responsible for assessing financial performance and capital structure of newly established transmission corporation. Identified deficiencies in capital structure and recommended options for strengthening.

Nam Theun 2 Hydropower Power - Laos
Reviewed and assessed projected financial performance of Nam Theun 2 Power Company Ltd., which will construct, own and operate the $1.25 billion hydro generation project.

Electric Power Corporation (EPC) - Samoa
Responsible for regularly monitoring financial performance and position of Samoa's national electricity provider (EPC).

Electricite du Laos (EdL) - Laos
Evaluation of historic financial performance and preparation of financial projections for Laos' national power utility (EdL).

Developed financial model for Vietnam's national electricity utility (EVN). Financial model provides corporate financial projections for EVN and is used by EVN and its creditors to assess future performance, tariff requirements and covenant compliance.

Manila Water Company (MWCI) - Philippines
Financial assessment of MWCI, which holds the water supply concession for eastern Metro Manila.

Maynilad Water Services (MWSI) - Philippines
Evaluation of proposed financial restructuring plan for MWSI, which holds the water supply concession for western Metro Manila. The restructuring was intended to enable the company to exit bankruptcy protection under new ownership.

Review of financial position and performance of MWSI and assessment of the company's business plan in support of a rate rebasing exercise with the regulator.
