Financial design and evaluation of $390 million urban upgrading project in Calcutta. The project included municipal and industrial wastewater management, solid waste management, and drainage. Developed plan for financial reforms necessary to ensure the financial viability of the project improvements.
Hazardous Solid Waste - India
Financial analysis of proposed toxic/hazardous waste management facility in Tamil Nadu State. Assessed the ability of the facility to operate on a full cost recovery basis, estimated user charge requirements, and evaluated the potential for private sector participation in its financing and operations.
Urban Infrastructure Development - India
Financial appraisal of $132 million urban upgrading project in 4 cities in the Bangalore sub-region area of Karnataka State.

Rural Water Supply & Sanitation - Pakistan
Financial and economic appraisal of $60 million water supply and sanitation project in rural communities in Punjab Province. Developed recommended financial objectives for the sector, assessed financial and economic viability of sample sub-projects, and determined tariff requirements.
Water Management Strategy - Nepal
Economic analysis of proposed environmental improvement program in the Bagmati River Basin, which includes Kathmandu. Assessed cost recovery potential of individual strategy components - centralized wastewater collection and treatment and low cost household sanitation and determined user charge requirements.
