Representative Project Experience:

Vietnam Electricity (EVN) - Vietnam
On behalf of the World Bank, responsible for undertaking regular assessments of actual and projected financial performance of Vietnam's national electricity utility (EVN). This includes determination of compliance of legal covenants, assessment of tariff adjustment plans, financial restructuring plans for EVN, which has annual revenue of almost $4 billion.

National Power Transmission Corporation (NPTC) - Vietnam
Responsible for assessing financial performance and capital structure of newly established transmission corporation. Identified deficiencies in capital structure and recommended options for strengthening.

Nam Theun 2 Hydropower - Laos
Reviewed and assessed projected financial performance of Nam Theun 2 Power Company Ltd., which will construct, own and operate the $1.25 billion 1,070 MW hydro generation project.

Electric Power Corporation (EPC) - Samoa
Responsible for regularly monitoring financial performance and position of Samoa's national electricity provider (EPC). Determined tariff adjustment requirements, support EPC management in discussions with Government and Board concerning financial matters, prepared financial projections for EPC, and monitored covenant compliance.
