Overview

Dan O'Hearn is a Senior Financial Specialist and Sierra West's Principal Consultant. With over 25 years of experience, Dan has successfully undertaken over 200 assignments in 23 countries.

Prior to establishing Sierra West in 1995, Dan was a principal in Stantec Inc., one of North America's largest engineering consulting firms.

Dan also has experience in investment banking, which further enhances the technical skills he brings to each assignment. Dan held a position with Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the firm's New York headquarters. He was responsible for arranging debt financing for major electricity and gas utilities in the US and Canada.

She cofounded Sierra West in 1995 with her Partner, Mr. Dan O’Hearn to provide corporate finance, loans and capital funds raising for infrastructure, utility and environmental projects both for governmental and private sectors.

Appraisal of financial aspects of medium term expansion program proposed to be funded in part by an ADB loan and grant.
