Representative Project Experience:
Electricity Tariffs - Samoa
Review of existing electricity tariffs and determination of future tariff requirements for Samoa's national electricity utility. Undertake regular reviews of tariff requirements and support utility company management in processing of proposed increases through the Board and Government.
Electricity Tariffs - Vietnam
Participated in project to develop improved mechanisms for setting bulk and retail tariffs. Developed financial model used to assess tariff requirements and financial performance of the national electricity utility and its member companies.
Electricity Tariffs - Laos
Determined tariff requirements for Lao's national electricity utility. This work was undertaken in support of a proposed project for expanding the utility's transmission system.
